KITCHEN & TABLE MALMÖ
Denna uppskattade mötesplats, där Malmös lokala invånare och globala resenärer förenas genom sin kärlek till mat. På restaurang Kitchen & Table kan gästerna njuta av unika smakkombinationer, samtidigt som de får en fantastisk utsikt över Öresund, Köpenhamn och det livliga stadslivet i Malmö.
Kitchen & Table söker - Sous Chef
Som Sous Chef på Kitchen & Table är du Head Chefs förlängda arm ut i driften och arbetar tillsammans med övriga teamet för att utveckla och för att hålla högsta kvaliteten på maten som levereras. Ditt fokus är att varje gäst ska ha fått den bästa matupplevelsen utifrån Kitchen & Tables koncept när dem lämnar restaurangen. Du tillagar maträtter enligt de rutiner och lönsamhetsmål som finns uppsatta. Daglig mise en place, a la carte, luncher och brunch.
Kvalifikationer och egenskaper:
Vi ser att du har minst 3 års erfarenhet av a la carte kök.
Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande roll.
Du brinner för vår bransch och för att skapa matupplevelser åt våra gäster.
Att hålla sig uppdaterad på det kulinariska är en självklarhet för dig.
Du är social och samspråkar gärna med våra gäster i det öppna köket.
