Ansvar
Som Front Desk Manager på Hotel C Stockholm trivs du med att leda ett stort och dynamiskt service team. Vår gästfrihet är äkta och uppmärksam.
Ditt huvudsakliga ansvar kommer att vara att supervisors och receptionister blir ett sammansvetsat och högpresterande service team som levererar kompromisslös service till alla våra gäster.
Du kommer att, tillsammans med resten av avdelningscheferna, säkerställa förbättrad och ökad gästnöjdhet samt driva operativ tillväxt.
Säkerställa operativ produktivitet och tillsammans med ditt team leverera en genuin och inkluderade gästupplevelse
Ansvara för, inom ditt område reception, personalhantering inklusive rekrytering, utbildning och målstyrning.
