Olet intohimoinen asiakaspalvelun ammattilainen ja pystyt nopeisiin päätöksiin itsenäisesti. Johdat vuoroasi omalla esimerkilläsi, mutta kykenet myös työskentelemään itsenäisesti. Asiakaspalvelu on sinulla lähellä sydäntä. Teet sitä mistä tykkäät, se näkyy ja tarttuu kollegoihin. Haluat olla mukana iloisten ihmisten joukkoa, jossa tiimityö on kaikkein tärkeintä.
Asenne ratkaisee. Odotamme sinulta vähintään 2 vuoden esihenkilökokemusta, työkokemusta hotelli- ja ravintola-alalla lasketaan eduksi. Olet joustava, luotettava ja tunnollinen ja et säikähdä kiirettä ja muuttuvia työoloja.
Työtehtäviisi kuuluu Clarion Hotel Aviapoliksen vastaanoton työvuoron johtaminen aamu- ja iltavuoroissa, myös viikonloppuisin. Pystyt työskentelemään itsenäisesti. Työkavereiden ja asiakkaiden hyvinvointi sekä turvallisuus ovat vastuullasi. Shift Leadereilla on omia vastuualueita ja katsomme sinulle omasi työhistoriasi ja kokemuksesi perusteella.
Clarionissa sinulla on käytössäsi Nordic Choice Hotelsin Suomessa voimassa olevat henkilöstöedut.
