Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund söker ny stjärna till vår reception/Welcome Office då vi äntligen behöver bli fler kollegor igen när gästantalet återigen har börjat att öka efter pandemiåren.
Vi söker någon som vill arbeta ca 90% i receptionen, dag/kväll/varannan helg.
Vi söker dig som är modig, glad och strukturerad och har en stark känsla för service och försäljning. Din huvuduppgift är att ge våra gäster en upplevelse över förväntan. Arbetet innefattar sedvanligt receptionsarbete såsom checka in och ut gäster, svara i telefon, ta emot bokningar och verkligen finnas där för gästen. Vi vill att våra gäster ska kännas sig varmt välkomna när de kommer till oss och det gör vi genom att leverera service i världsklass. Tjänsten kräver att du gillar att arbeta oregelbundna arbetstider där dag, kväll, helg och enstaka nätter kan förekomma. Även andra arbetsuppgifter kan förekomma vid behov - ex. att hjälpa till med rumsstädning eller förberedelse av frukost under nattpass osv.
