eBerry was established in 2016 as a subsidiary of the Nordic Choice Hospitality Group with the mission to transform the digital landscape for how our guests travel, book their stay and interact with us. What you will be doing:
As our UX lead, you will be working over the whole spectrum. With everything from doing sketches, research, and surveys to working hands-on with our UX development. Working as our UX-lead makes you responsible for our design system, with everything from maintaining, improving, and making sure we use it the right way. Further on will you support the team and coach our organization regarding UX and design. You will be a part of a cross-functional team working with both web and our app. Working within the hotel business means that we are always working closely with our guests. Both with the beginning of their journey when they are booking, but also with them under their stay and afterward. Here you will take a big part in coming up with smooth solutions for our guests. We are working with Sketch or and therefore we see that you have previous experience working with that.

We are looking for a senior UX designer that likes to have a lot of responsibility and mandate to deliver a high customer experience. To feel comfortable in this role we do believe that you like to work both strategically and hands-on to deliver high quality. You can encourage others, listen and challenge today's product vision by understanding, inspiring, and analyzing trends within digital services and products. Furthermore, are you a great team player that likes to have fun with your colleagues and inspire others.
