Head Chef, Breakfast - Comfort Hotel Vesterbro
Looking for a skilled Breakfast CHEF with high energy to make great breakfast and great service to our guests in a high paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operation of the hotel breakfast, lunch and leisure group menus during summer time. However, the prime task is to make sure our guests start the day in the best way possible!
We are a Comfort Hotel – we have great staff, great location, urban design and all of this with great selected service and at Comfort Hotel we offer a breakfast buffet, all as organic and local as possible, because we want to be easy on the planet. In all aspects, we will make the guests’ stay easy to enjoy, especially in terms of food & nutrition.
The job & you
You will handle inventory, status, schedule shifts and train your amazing breakfast crew. It is important that you inspire your team to succeed in the EASY way, and assure that both crew and guests are happy.
As a part of the hotel’s management group you will report directly to the General Manager and you will work closely with the management team.
