You will be part of the digital division  in Nordic Choice Hotels, called eBerry. eBerry's mission is to ensure digital sales and loyalty by, among other things, developing the world's best guest travel.

While finding great solutions within our Marketing Automation systems, our new superhero will contribute to the development of loyalty and sales among guests throughout their guest journey at Nordic Choice Hotels, and ensure that we have good quality assurance in all routines, processes and integrations.

 

Responsibilities, main tasks, and desired competence

  • Contribute to the development of Marketing Technology (using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud) throughout eBerry and work towards an omnichannel approach in the company
  • Drive business growth by developing and activating a data driven, audience first strategy rooted in the acceleration of data and real-time optimization that delivers profitable results
  • Responsible for grouping and creating audiences for activation, analytics and any other uses required by eBerry
  • Guide the development and strategy for data driven marketing including: audiences, channels, measurement and reporting 
  • Identify data driven advanced targeting towards audiences for micro segmentation, and trigger-based decision rules to hone in on high value consumer audiences ensuring audience and data driven marketing efforts are integrated into measurement deliverables for advanced test and learn opportunities
  • Advocate for Marketing Automation needs and improvements towards tech and management, development
  • Participate in internal development projects.
  • Ensure close follow-up of users, implementation and participation of workshops
  • Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders across various disciplines
  • Strategic understanding of digital technologies and trends such as: Privacy regulations, CDPs, Social Ad Platforms, and Ad Servers

 

Required skills

  • Previous experience as an administrator or user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. You’ll become our super user for Salesforce and provide training for new and existing users.
  • Own responsibility for the operation, management and development of Salesforce, contribute to the follow-up of vendors and ensure that we have optimal use, operation, budget, and quality assurance of our system.
  • Responsible for implementing and demanding further development of our functionality and processes in Salesforce including new journeys, campaign activities, template tools, dynamic content, segmentation etc.
  • Operationally setup, report, and analyze our activity and results in Salesforce, ranging from weekly newsletters and programs to major projects and campaigns.
  • Ensure together with development teams that integrations between Salesforce, CRM systems, and other  internal / external systems are managed and further developed in line with strategies, dependencies, and guidelines.
  • Identify potential and gaps in data usage, data points and data flow within Salesforce as well as affected data sources and integrations
  • Ensure that Nordic Choice has good routines and quality assurance of the physical and technical part of email, push and SMS distribution.
  • Ensure that we work in accordance with the GDPR with all communications from Salesforce.
  • Fluent or professional communication level in Norwegian or Swedish, and English
