About the role of Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Hotel At Six, you will work both independently and as part of a group in our maintenance and logistics department. We are responsible not only for At Six but also Hotel Hobo, restaurant TAK and the At Six Long stay residences.
You will supervise a small team of technicians and assist with all manner of tasks related to the smooth running of our property.
In accordance with the At Six standard, we provide a service beyond the ordinary for our guests and staff. We aim to make sure that all hotel rooms and other areas within the hotels and restaurants maintain a very high standard and function. You will on a daily basis receive error reports from all our units.
You report directly to the Property Manager and join a team of 6 people.
Personal qualifications
Experience in property management in a hotel environment is preferred. You need to be responsible, work proactively, be forward thinking and have a drive to solve problems. You enjoy direct contact with guests and employees. As a person, we want you to have a great commitment and a good ability to work as part of a team. To succeed in the role, it is an advantage if you have previously worked with Vision Online, Cenium and large scale ventilation systems. It is also an advantage if you have experience in kitchen equipment maintenance as well as Swedish or English both orally and in writing.
