The restaurant is a 100-seats vibrant modern venue serving exciting food with a focus on experimental flavour combinations and seasonal ingredients. The wine lists has around 400 different labels from all parts of the world.

As a hovmästare you are responsible for managing the restaurant operation on a daily basis from setting up the restaurant to hold briefings and assure the team is delivering exceptional high-end guest service experiences. The role includes building a strong relationship with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience for all our guests from beginning to end, you function as the main link between our guests, waiters and kitchen brigade. Your role requires you to ensure staff are working together as a team to ensure extraordinary service delivery.
Together with the restaurant manager, you will do the schedules, orderings, cost controlling, upselling strategies and develop your team through training and coaching.
To take care of guest requests and problems in a manner that follows the At Six vision, policies and ways of working.
Working hours will be mostly in the evening and you will be required to work most Saturdays.
