We are now looking for a Banquet Manager for our Event department. 

You are a natural born leader who loves to lead  by example. You are the one with the Big Picture and have a flair for creating unforgettable guest experiences whether it is a banquet event for 800 or a private dinner for ten, you are passionate and targeted.

We believe that you are approachable and personal with a can-do attitude. You are a Cosmopolitan spirit with a genuine love for Copenhagen and Mother Earth.

We look for you who have :

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Banqueting operations.
  • High organisational skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Wide knowledge of Foods and Beverages.
  • You are environmentally aware and focused on social responsibility. 
  • You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English.

Responsibilities: 

  • Together with the Food & Beverage Manager,  plan for upcoming events ensuring all guests requirements are fulfilled. 
  • Staff planning in accordance with type and style of events.
  • Coordination between Sales and the Events department.
  • Coaching and Leading the team of Banquet & Event Waiters during dinners & events.
  • Ensure a high quality of service.
  • Follow up of routines and structures in the department.
  • End of month inventory
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in other relevant tasks

The position includes daytime, nighttime and weekend work and salary after experience and qualifications.
