Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen ligger längs kajkanten på Eriksberg i de ombyggda varvshusen. Här möter Göteborgs gedigna historia nutidens skandinaviska design på hotellet som har 259 rum, wellnessavdelning, restaurang och bar med härlig utsikt över älven. Eriksbergshallen, hotellets konferensavdelning, är en av Göteborgs största konferens- och mässhallar, med plats för 2000 personer. Här händer det saker hela tiden och det finns en energi som är svår att hitta på "vanliga" hotell.
Vi söker nu en ny kollega till vårt fantastiska hotell och Service Crew på Quality Hotel 11 & Eriksbergshallen . Du gillar att ge god service och kan fokusera oavsett om du står i vår reception eller jobba med våra konferenser.
Hos oss jobbar du med att ta hand om våra gäster på bästa sätt. Du checkar in och ut gäster, svarar i telefonen och på mail, tar emot bokningar, förbereder ankomstlistor, fakturerar och är alltid uppdaterad på och följer våra policys, rutiner och checklistor. Detta och mycket mer gör du varje dag, så det gäller att hänga med :) Vi jobbar när andra är lediga, både på röda dagar och storhelger.
Vi letar efter dig som fyllt 20 år (en del av de förekommande arbetsuppgifterna kräver enligt lag att man är minst 20 år) och som har jobbat i hotellreception tidigare. Du är helt flytande i både tal och skrift vad gäller svenska, och nästan på engelska också. Du är en riktig glädjespridare, en lysande servicestjärna och en fantastisk kollega. Du är också noggrann och ordningsam och gör alltid ditt yttersta för att det ska bli så bra som möjligt. Du trivs när det är högt tempo och dessutom värdesätter du att du och dina kollegor har kul tillsammans och trivs på jobbet. Vi söker dig som tillsammans med oss vill göra ditt allra bästa för våra gäster!

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 75% med inledande provanställning. Vi har givetvis kollektivavtal. Arbetstiderna är oregelbundna, vanligtvis förlagda mellan ca 07-23 både vardagar och helger. Även nattpass kan förekomma.
Startdatum enligt överenskommelse, vi behandlar alla ansökningar löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan ansökningstidens slut.
