Om tjänsten:
Tjänsten som Receptionist innebär att du alltid sätter gästens behov i centrum tillsammans med övriga kollegor på hotellet. Förutom de arbetsuppgifter som hör till receptions arbetet, förväntas du ha ett stort engagemang i service, värdskap och försäljning . Problemlösningar ser du som en positiv utmaning, du vågar ta egna beslut och du trivs med att se möjligheter.
I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår bla:
Traditionella receptions uppgifter så som in- och utcheckning av gäster, kassahantering
Dagligt arbete med Revenue Management.
Bokning/Försäljning av hotellrum samt mindre gruppförfrågningar.
Merförsäljning, gästservice samt barförsäljning.
Tillsammans med Teamet arbeta mot uppsatta mål som för hotellet framåt.
Tjänsten är heltid 100% i sommar och 75% från September och följer kollektivavtalet.
Arbetet innefattar både dag/kvällstid samt helgarbete.

Vi söker dig med minst 1 års erfarenhet av arbete i Hotellreception eller likvärdig utbildning.
Om dig:
Du behöver vara minst 20 år.
Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i tal som skrift.
Vill jobba i ett fantastiskt team tillsammans med härliga kollegor.
Är möjlighets orienterad och hittar lösningar.
Är glad, professionell och personlig i ditt möte med gäster och kollegor.
Känner passion för ditt arbete, älskar att ge service och brinner för värdskap och branschen.
Är effektiv och organiserad samt har lätt att prioritera.
Sälj = service och tillsammans uppnår vi uppsatta mål.
