Naturlig - sunn & smakrik. I vår meny spiller råvarene hovedrollen. Sesongbaserte grønnsaker dyrket i Vestfold og sjømat fra området rundt Svenner fyr komponeres på en ujålete måte. All mat lages fra bunnen av, og vi bruker klassiske teknikker på et kjøkken som oser god og energisk stemning.
