Clarion Hotel Grand Östersund med Kitchen & Table, är en av Östersund härligaste mötesplatser och här trivs både hotellgäster och Östersundare samt så klart även vi som arbetar här. Vi har 197 rum, 11 möteslokaler och pool med bastu och relax.

Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av liknande arbete och som vill skapa en oförglömlig vistelse för våra gäster. 

Jobbet?  

Som receptionsansvarig har du helhetsansvaret i receptionen. Du ansvarar att din avdelning når sina mål genom att stötta, informera och inspirera samt att ständigt utveckla avdelningen och dess effektivitet. Du arbetar aktivt med gästnöjdhet och medarbetarnöjdhet tillsammans med resten av ledningsgruppen. 

Du är ekonomiansvarig för receptionen och ser till att fakturor, avtal osv hanteras på ett korrekt sätt. Du har personalansvar och ser till att ditt team får de bästa och rätta förutsättningarna att göra ett fantastiskt arbete.  

Du har god datorvana. Meriterande är kunskap i systemet Cenium. Du behärskar det svenska och engelska språket flytande i både i tal och skrift.

Du blir en del av ledningsgruppen och rapporterar direkt till VD/Hotelldirektör.

Anställningstyp: provanställning, dag- och kvällstid samt varannan helg. 

Anställningsgrad: ca 90 %.
