Resepsjonen er det første våre gjester møter når de kommer innenfor døren og allerede her skal de kjenne den varme stemningen som er unik for våre hotell. Her møtes de med et ”hei” eller et ”velkommen tilbake”. Nå leter vi etter deg som elsker å gi alt for å skape magiske møter med våre gjester.
Om stillingen:
Du sørger for at våre gjester alltid blir tatt hånd om og at de blir lagt merke til. Du er ansiktet utad for vår hotellkjede og er godt innsatt i vårt varemerke og våre sikkerhetsregler. Stillingen innebærer også administrativt resepsjonsarbeid. Skift og helgearbeid inngår. Det vil for det meste bli kveldsvakter i ukedagene. Du rapporterer direkte til resepsjonssjefen på hotellet.
Kompetanse
- Erfaring fra tidligere resepsjonsarbeid er en fordel
- Du har gode datakunnskaper
- Erfaring fra hotelldatasystemer, gjerne Cenium 5 eller 6
- Du behersker norsk eller annet skandinavisk språk flytende (muntlig og skriftlig) samt engelsk

- Du må være energisk, ha mot og være entusiastisk.
- Takle høyt stressnivå og mange baller i luften på en gang
- Du kan ta raske beslutninger når det kreves
