Vi søker en erfaren og ambisiøs Restaurant & Bar ansvarlig som skal være med å sette Restauranten vår på kartet.
Som Restaurant & Bar ansvarlig har du ansvaret for å skape unike gjesteopplevelser for restaurantens besøkende, samt lede teamet i å gi uforglemmelig service. Vi ønkser at du har bred erfaring fra bransjen, og at du har et brennende engasjement for mennesker, samt stor interesse for mat og drikke. Din positive energi og gode humør smitter, du er initiativrik, kreativ og en ekte problemløser. Du har gode samarbeidsevner, er åpen og tar fullt eierskap for gjestenes totale hotellopplevelse, og ikke bare ditt eget arbeidsområde, hver dag.
Stillingen innebærer jobb både kveld og helger- Akkurat som det normalt sett er når man jobber på hotell. Liker du å bli utfordret og å utfordre? Ja, da er du kanskje den vi søker.
I stillingen inngår blant annet følgende arbeidsoppgaver:
Operativt arbeid der det forventes å være i drift mesteparten av din arbeidsdag.
Å skape en uforglemmelig helhetsopplevelse for restaurantens gjester.
Lede og fordele arbeidet, samt lage vaktlister.
Være ansvarlig stedfortreder når F&B Manager ikke er til stede.
Tradisjonelt serveringsarbeide; Salg og servering av mat og drikke til våre gjester.
Å jobbe for økt lønnsomhet, god kvalitet og for å nå avdelingens mål.
Kontinuerlig følge opp gjestetilfredsheten.
Ved ansettelse blir en fullstendig stillingsbeskrivelse presentert, samt en oversikt over mandat og forventninger
Rekrutteringen skjer løpende og stillingen kan besettes innen søknadsfristen går ut.
Norefjell Ski & Spa er et resort som ligger på høyfjellet (ca 800 moh), litt under 2 timers kjøring fra Oslo og Gardermoen. Her skapes gode opplevelser både ute i naturen og innendørs.
Norefjell Ski & Spa ligger i fantastiske omgivelser med ski in - ski out for både langrenn og alpint i vintersesongen og med sykkel- og turmuligheter i alle vanskelighetsgrader resten av året. Innendørs har vi bl.a. et prisbelønnet spa med velværeavdeling, 16 m klatrevegg, basseng og treningsrom. For mat og drikke kan våre gjester velge mellom a la carte, buffet, lobbybar og pizzeria. Vi har suiter, leiligheter og dobbeltrom med en total kapasitet på 1.900 sengeplasser. I kongressalen har vi en kapasitet på inntil 650 personer.
