Head Waiter jobber operativt i team som er ansvarlig for daglig drift av serveringen. Stillingen er skiftbasert. Ansvarsområder: À la carte & konferansemiddager.
Vår À la carte restaurant er Kitchen & Table - by Marcus Samuelsson. Dette restaurantkonseptet finnes på Clarionhoteller i Norge, Sverige og Finland. Marcus Samuelsson er svensk kjendiskokk - han bor og driver trendy restauranter i New York.
Kitchen & Table har fokus på fun dining - not fine dining. Smakene er inspirert av det flerkulturelle New York, samt lokale, kortreiste råvarer.
Gode serviceopplevelser og bruk av sosiale medier er en viktig del av konseptet til Kitchen & Table.
