We are looking for a Sous Chef to Nordic Light Hotel and Hotel C Stockholm.
The position is a full-time position.
Working hours will vary from week to week.
The successful candidate will be part of building up our food and beverage experience and part of an exciting new team.

The Sous Chef at Nordic Light Hotel and Hotel C Stockholm works alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. As a Sous Chef you provide meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
You are an creative team player with leadership skills who thrives in a high-pace kitchen operation making exceptionally food.
You have experience working in similar position
- You enjoy structure and have good organizational skills
- You have a formal culinary training
- You enjoy the busy services and thrive under stress
