Vi søker deg som har service i `ryggmargen`, er opptatt av å gi av deg selv, detaljorientert og ansvarsbevisst. Du er ikke redd for å ta i et tak, i egen og andre avdelinger, om det skulle trenges. Videre er godt humør, glimt i øyet og ønske om å yte service avgjørende.
Du vil som hovmester hos oss, få en allsidig og utfordrende jobb. Her har vi alt fra frokost, lunsj til a la Carte og store festmiddager. Det vil bli mest kveld og helgejobbing. Du må like å jobbe i et hektisk miljø, hvor ting snur seg raskt. Du bør ha erfaring innen hotell og restaurant
Her er eksempler på ansvarsområder og oppgaver:
-Hovmester skal fungere som Restaurantsjefen sin stedfortreder.
-Hovmester har en viktig oppgave med å motivere og løfte servitører, skape Energi, Mot og Begeistring.
-Planlegging av avdelingene sammen med Restaurantsjef
-Drift av restauranten / spise og serveringsstedene
-Produktutvikling
-Personalledelse og veiledning. Motivere servitører.
-Økonomisk styring, rett bemanning til enhver tid.
-Påse at IK alkohol følges praktisk og skriftlig
-Hovmester skal være med å overvåke den daglige drift i restaurant/bar/bankett.
-Hovmester er ansvarlig for at kasseoppgjør utføres etter gjeldende instrukser og i trygge former.
-Hovmester skal jobbe aktivt i Restaurant med servering.
Hovmester rapporterer til Restaurantsjef i følge de retningslinjer som er fastlagt.
