Midt i hjertet av Oslo troner Clarion Hotel The Hub, Norges og Oslos største og mest innholdsrike hotell, som åpnet med et smell 1. mars 2019. Clarion Hotel The Hub er ikke et tradisjonelt hotell, men en arena og møteplass - en Hub - for hele Norden. Fra åpningen til nå og til tross for den spesielle tiden vi er i, har vi allerede hatt hundretusener av gjester på besøk og hatt stor suksess med våre konferanser og ulike bar- og restaurantkonsepter.
Vårt team i resepsjonen ruster nå opp. Vi jobber derfor med å få på plass flere nøkkelroller som sammen skal være med å drive hotellet til nye høyder. Stillingen som Service Manager inngår i resepsjon (Welcome Office) sitt lederteam.
Hva skal du gjøre?
Som Service Manager har du ansvar for den daglige drift av resepsjon. Stillingen er 100% fast og rapporterer til Welcome Office Manager / Assisterende WOM.
Stillingen innebærer kveld og helgearbeid.
Hvem ser vi etter?
Du har en god og spennende erfaring fra hotell og resepsjonsarbeid. Du liker å være en hands on, operativ leder. Du har lidenskap for hotell og reiseliv, er serviceinnstilt, løsningsorientert og trives i pulserende hverdager. Du er faglig dyktig og er opptatt av å levere høy kvalitet i alt du gjør. Stillingen krever at du kan kommunisere muntlig og skriftlig på norsk og engelsk.
