We are now looking for the right person to lead our team in the main kitchen. You are responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, including the staff, quality and service. You will together with your team cook all food for banquets, conferences & events. We are looking for someone with experience to run a kitchen team in a high volume environment and make dinner for up to 800 people. This is not just another hotel with a banquet kitchen, we always create that little extra for our guests, if it is to personalise a wedding for 200 people or planning the menu for an award dinner together with our customers a year before the event takes place - we always do that with the guests in focus. You are dedicated, genuinely interested in food and passionate about our industry. We believe that you are a person with a big heart, you care about Mother Earth, service is your passion and you are a Cosmopolitan spirit with a genuine love for Copenhagen. You are curious about gastronomic trends and you have your fingers on the pulse of what is going on in the food scene in Copenhagen.

Villa Copenhagen is Copenhagen's new luxury hotel located in the old Central Post Building from 1912. The hotel opened in July 2020 with 390 rooms in magnificent settings with a vibrant and intimate atmosphere - a place where old European charm and Copenhagen boldness meet.
