ÄR DU VÅR NYA SERVICEPÄRLA I RECEPTIONEN?
Vi söker en servicestjärna till Nyköpings bästa receptionsteam! Tjänsten är tillsvidare med en anställningsgrad på 90 procent med arbete dag, kväll och varannan helg. I vårt receptionsteam blir en nyckelperson med egna ansvarsområden, stora utvecklingsmöjligheter och utmaningar. För rätt person finns det stora möjligheter hos oss!
Hos oss förväntas du ha ett högt engagemang och ta ett stort ansvar för avdelningen och våra gäster. Här är det viktigt att vi alla har kul på jobbet, nära till skratt och jobbar tillsammans som team över alla avdelningar. Du ÄR service, full av energi och avgörande för gästens upplevelse!
Vi söker dig som:
- Förstår att sälj är service och du trivs med att arbeta med merförsäljning för att nå våra mål
- Har ordning & reda runt omkring dig, ett strukturerat arbetssätt och har lätt att hantera stressiga situationer
- Är väldigt positiv med hög ansvarskänsla och sätter ett högt värde i att göra sitt bästa i alla situationer
- Har lätt för att samarbeta och tar utmaningar med ett leende
- Har erfarenhet från receptionsarbete, är du bekant med Nordic Choice interna bokningssystem Cenium 6 är det meriterande. Även erfarenhet av bar och restaurang är meriterande för tjänsten
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
- Du behöver ha fyllt 20 år då receptionen är serveringsansvariga
I vår reception är man verkligen spindeln i nätet och förutom "vanligt" receptionsarbete såsom att checka in/ut gäster, bokningar via telefon och e-post, vara behjälplig med gästens önskemål och behov har man också administrativa uppgifter. Exempelvis ansvarar du för avstämningar, fakturering, hantering av grupp och konferensbokningar mm. Under dina arbetspass har du också kontroll på våra bokningskanaler, ansvarar för prissättning av grupper och optimering av försäljningen på hotellet. På Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet arbetar vi mycket över avdelningarna och arbetet i receptionen innebär också att du serverar dryck i baren och hjälper till vid exempelvis kvällsmat eller frukost vid behov.
