Vi har over 2000 kvadrat med et herlig spa anlegg, 148 store og nyoppussede rom, rikholdig utvalg av kurs- og konferanse rom, stor restaurant, bar og en fantastisk terrasse. Son Spa ekspanderer og vi søker etter en ny kollega med buldrende hjerte for service, genuin interesse for mennesker og stort fokus på gjestereisen for våre gjester. Som Guest Relation Manager på Son Spa vil man være et viktig ledd mellom hotellet og gjesten, med hovedfokus på vertskap, gjestereisen og salg. Stillingen inngår i Inhouse Sales & Services og er underlagt Hotel Manager.

Generelle arbeidsoppgaver:

  • Skape uforglemmelige opplevelser for våre gjester
  • Være hovedansvarlig for tilbakemeldinger på Loopon (gjeste tilbakemeldinger) og andre plattformer som f.eks. Tripadvisor mm.
  • Være hovedansvarlig for tilbakemeldinger som kommer direkte til hotellet
  • Ansvar for kundeoppfølging/gjennomgang av alle kommende gjester via telefon i forkant av opphold.
  • Kartlegge, skreddersy og optimalisere mersalg til hver enkelt gjest/reservasjon.
  • Være synlig og tilgjengelig for gjester.
  • Samarbeide tett med de øvrige avdelingsledere for å effektivisere og optimalisere drift, med mål om å høyne gjesteopplevelsen.
  • Delta på prosjekt med å utvikle nye opplevelser/pakker for gjester, aktiviteter och systemer.
  • Implementere kontinuerlige møter med avdelingslederne med fokus på videreutvikling av gjestereisen for å sette og følge opp kvalitetsmål for hver enkelt avdeling.
  • Delta på møter og pålagte kursdager etter avtale.
  • Opplæring av personal i vertskapsrollen og håndtering av reklamasjoner.

  • Svært serviceinnstilt med vertskapsrollen i fokus
  • Sprudlende, løsningsorientert og smilende i ditt møte med gjester, kollegaer og utfordringer
  • Lagspiller med stor forståelse for synergier mellom driftsavdelinger
  • God evne til å håndtere stress
  • Nysgjerrig og nytenkende
  • Alltid gi det lille ekstra av sig selv og tørr å tenke “outside the box”

 

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

  • Tidigare erfarenhet fra hotelldrift
  • Tidigare erfarenhet fra salg
  • Kjennskap til PMS systemet Cenium

 

Krav

  • Førerkort klasse B
  • Beherske ett av de nordiske språk

Stillingsprosent: 100%  (dag- kveld og helgturnus)
Tiltredelse og lønn etter avtale. Søknader blir fortløpende vurdert.
