Som kulinarisk chef er det din opgave at videreføre og videreudvikle vores gastronomiske profil med fokus på høj kvalitet, lokale råvarer, bæredygtighed og madspild.
Du er drevet og udadvendt og arbejder med gæsten i fokus. Der vil være et stærkt fokus på service, hvor dit lederskab er i centrum. Som kulinarisk chef er du en rollemodel og er en given leder for for et stærkt team, som tæller vores bageri, morgenmad, konferencer og events, Courtyard Bar, Brasserie Kontrast og T37. Du brænder for at være en motiverende hands-on leder og arbejder aktivt for et kreativt og positivt arbejdsmiljø, der er præget af gensidig respekt mellem kolleger.

Du kommer til en organisation med struktur og du vil arbejde på tværs alle afdelinger med et kommercielt mindset og for at sikre vores gastronomiske afdeling og kvalitet. Administrationansvar som optimering, planlægning, indkøb, lager, selvkontrol, økonomisk kontrol og nøgletal er også opgaver, der er inkluderet i dit ansvarsområde.

Du vil referere til Director of Operations, Lisette Jönsson, ligesom du vil indgå i Villas operative ledergruppe. Her kommer teamwork først, og vi er en gruppe med forskellige baggrunde, der gør at vi sammen kan skabe succes.
