Vi styrker teamet i Superland. Som teamleder blir du en del av lederteamet og den daglige driften av Superland.
Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Sikre gode gjesteopplevelser.
- Håndtere tilbakemeldinger fra gjester.
- Daglig oppfølging av ansatte og timeforbruk.
- Oppfølging og utvikling av rutiner og kvalitetssikre at disse blir fulgt. - Sørge for, og tilrettelegge for at ansatte har nødvendige ressurser og utstyr for å utføre sine oppgaver.
- Skal være operativ og kunne utføre alle oppgaver i Superland.
- Skal være avd.leder sin person i den daglige driften og rapporterer til avd.leder. - Du vil også bli en del av “storteamet” Superland/Badeparken (Langesund)

- På en positiv måte være en kulturbærer og motivere ansatte.
- Være med på å utvikle nye konsepter og eksisterende.
- Samarbeide tett med eksisterende teamleder
