DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
The restaurant server is responsible for identifying the needs of guests and accommodating those needs. Serve the guests with a smile, quickly and efficiently with complete knowledge of the restaurant menu. Maintain the station in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift.

Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required, any college courses in hospitality management or similar is preferred. Minimum 1 year of previous experience working as a server in a similar-sized restaurant. Additional restaurant experience (host, food runner, bus person, etc.) preferred. Additional certifications (Sommelier, WSET, Barista) preferred.
