Vi är på jakt efter en ny servicestjärna till vår mötesplats på Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet!
Den här gången söker vi en vaktmästare på timmar till vår och sommar. Vi ser positivt på framtiden och hoppas på en eventuell förlängning och anställning.
Som vaktmästare är ditt huvudsakliga jobb att hålla hotellet i ett utmärkt skick och tillgängligt för våra gäster. Vi söker dig som har utbildning och/eller praktisk erfarenhet inom arbetsområdet. Arbetet kräver att du är självgående och kan planera & prioritera bland dina arbetsuppgifter. Som person har du en utpräglad känsla för service och du har ett positivt synsätt som genomsyrar allt du gör. Du är därför noggrann och strukturerad i ditt sätt att arbeta samt gillar att arbeta i ett högt tempo. Vi förväntar oss också att du är en lagspelare och en god ambassadör för våra värderingar och koncept.
Arbetsuppgifterna som vaktmästare hos oss innefattar bland annat följande:
- Hantera dagliga reparationer i fastigheten
- Underhåll av faciliteter i fastigheten
- Hålla området omkring fastigheten rent, snyggt och tillgängligt
- Kontrollera värden i bubbelbadet samt underhållsarbete kring detta
- Inköp av material och andra produkter vid behov
- Möblering av konferenslokaler
På Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet arbetar vi mycket över avdelningarna och arbetet som vaktmästare innebär också att du hjälper till behov i andra avdelningar. El och VVS-behörighet och erfarenhet av SBA-arbete är meriterande. Likaså arbete med TV-system, nätverk och telefoni samt snickeri. Vi ser helst att du har körkort. Du talar svenska och engelska. Eftersom vi har en verksamhet som pågår dygnet runt så kan det förekomma arbete under kvällar och helger.
