At Villa Copenhagen, we believe that the future in hospitality lies in the digital, yet personal service. As a Guest Service Coordinator in our reservations team, you will work closely with our Front of House Team to ensure a well thought and well planned guest list that results in a seamless digital experience and a stay beyond expectations. In that regard, we are looking for you, with attention to detail and a love for planning.
We also look for:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience from the industry in a similar role
- You speak one of the Scandinavian languages and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working with Cenium is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails and our guests’ chat
- Maintaining all elements of the reservation system and making sure the information is accurate and up to date
- Planning guests’ stay and following up with guests before arrival to ensure a seamless experience at check-in and during their stay
- Ensuring guest requests are followed up and followed through
- Following up with guests after departure
- Resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
- Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments
- Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
- Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
