Clarion Collection Hotel søker ny stødig, tydelig og hyggelig leder etter at vår forrige meldte overgang. Vi er i markedet for å finne en som har like stor tro på hotellbransjens fremtid som oss, og som tar utfordringen som ligger i en svært sentral posisjon i et av Nordens mest spennende og innovative selskaper.
Clarion Collection Hotel består av 20 unike hotell med et felles ønske om å tilby personlige og rolige besøk med en følelse av hygge for våre gjester. Som Director of Operations vil du drive utviklingen for å styrke vår posisjon i de aktuelle kundesegmentene, implementere sentrale strategier, markedsplaner, konseptutvikling og merkevarebygging. Den vi søker har god driftsforståelse, kommersiell teft og kan vise til oppnådde resultater fra tidligere lederstillinger.
Vi søker deg som har fokus, har "drive" samt et ønske om å levere service utenom det vanlige. Vår kommende driftsdirektør er en god kommunikator som har evnen til å omsette strategier og mål til handling.
