Quality Hotel Saga er et moderne forretningshotell midt i Tromsø sentrum. Hotellet har 103 hotellrom, 7 konferanserom og restaurant og har vært i drift siden 1969. Hotellet er eiet og drevet av Bondeungdomslaget i Tromsø og er tilknyttet til Nordic Choice Hotels Scandinavia gjennom franchise-avtale.
Quality Hotel Saga har gjennomgått kontinuerlig renovering de senere år og fremstår som topp moderne. Hotellet har en sterk posisjon i Tromsø-markedet og er en attraktiv arena for små og mellomstore konferanser, forretningsreisende og en stadig økende turiststrøm av internasjonale turister. Hotellet har ca. 40 ansatte.
Vi søker etter Direktør
Quality Hotel Saga søker etter ny direktør da nåværende går over i pensjonistenes rekker.
Viktige oppgaver vil være:
-motivere og lede et sterkt team av erfarne ledere og ansatte
-drift og utvikling av eiendom og driftsselskap
-økonomi-styring , budsjettarbeid og salg
-sterkt salgs- og resultatfokus
-delta i drift ved behov
-videreutvikle hotellets konsepter og ansatte
-samarbeid med vår franchise-giver Nordic Choice Hotels og implementering og oppfølging av deres konsepter
Vi ser for oss at du har følgende kvalifikasjoner:
-kreativ, løsningsorientert og elske travle og varierte dager
-ledererfaring fra hotell-/reiselivsbransjen
-gode økonomi- og IT-ferdigheter
-gode egenskaper til å motivere, humørspreder og evne til teambygging
-evne og vilje til sette gjesten og ansatte i fokus
-gode engelsk-kunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig
-byggteknisk erfaring/forståelse
